Project agreements

An inquiry is not a booking. The approved brief and written project agreement will set the scope, fees, timing, revision round, payment terms and cancellation terms. No fixed price is published on this site.

Usage + portfolio material

The UGC Test Batch offer includes 12 months of organic and paid-social usage across Meta, TikTok and YouTube in Canada, the US and DACH. Whitelisting, exclusivity, raw footage and buyouts are scoped separately. The signed agreement will define the final licence. Spec concepts and portfolio placeholders are labelled; agency-years material is not presented as a current studio engagement.
